When possible, we will directly bill your insurance company. If this is an option that is allowed with your insurance carrier, you will not have to worry about doing this yourself. However, if your insurance company does not allow direct billing you will need to submit your claim on your own.
If you are not direct billing your insurance company, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash payments for your convenience.
